Cookie Policy

Effective date: November 4, 2026

1. What this page covers

This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage that dcaffiliate.com uses, and how you control them. It applies to all visitors and supplements our Privacy Policy.

“Cookies” are small files a website stores in your browser. “Local storage” and “session storage” are similar browser features; session storage is erased when you close the tab. We refer to all of these together as “cookies” below.

2. The categories we use

  • Strictly necessary / functional — needed for the site to work or to remember your privacy choice. Always on.
  • Statistics — help us understand how the site is used. Used only after you accept.
  • Preferences — we do not currently use any.
  • Marketing — we do not use any. We do not run advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service.

wordpress_*, wordpress_logged_in_*WordPressFunctionalSite administrators’ login only; not set for ordinary visitorsSession or up to 14 days

Our caching system and page builder do not set tracking cookies for ordinary visitors.

4. Cookies set by merchants

When you click a merchant link, you leave our site. The merchant or affiliate network may then set its own cookies on its own website, for example to credit a sale to us. Those cookies are controlled by the merchant or network and described in their policies. We do not read or control them.

5. Your choices

When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept, Deny, or View preferences. Declining optional cookies does not affect access to any content. You can change your mind at any time:

  • click “Manage Cookies” in the site footer, or
  • use the privacy button that stays on screen.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a decline of optional cookies.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, the site will still work, but it cannot remember your privacy choice, so you may see the banner again.

6. Changes and contact

We update this page when the cookies we use change. Questions: info@dcaffiliate.com, DC Affiliate, Walnut, CA, United States. See also our Privacy Policy.
